I am a qualified in Clinical Pilates and New York Pilates teacher, Yoga Instructor and PT. I have worked with and continues to work with Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors to help you get the most out of your workout and will design all workouts to your individual needs. I am also a qualified somatologist and use reflexology and aromatherapy when needed. Sound therapy is also now a part of my sessions which helps reduce anxiety, inflammation, improve sleep and balance out your body with vibrations.

This is especially needed post operative, post injury and post natal to ensure we retrain your nervous system to get back to the normal pain threshold and learn not to hold back and safely push through tailored , corrective exercises to strengthen correctly.
Retraining the nervous system and creating new muscle memory is important to help heal through movement and reduce chances or reoccurring injuries and stop one side straining in our daily lives or in workouts or sport.

Hi I’m Claudia, what would you do if you found out there is a way of healing your body and getting it to move better than it ever has? Would you commit to a program that would CHANGE YOU LIFE, MINDSET and the way your body MOVES FOREVER?!
Over the last 20 years I have spent tens of thousands of hours watching clients move and tailoring a program specific and perfect for each person. My programs have helped change so many people’s lives and I am so proud to be able to share my knowledge with so many and be able to watch how they progress and strengthen.
Its not just movement, its breath, mindset, meditation and intuition I use to develop a unique program for you. This is how movement therapy was born and this is my passion and I have felt and seen how our body is able to heal through movement when given the right environment. I can help you reconnect with your body and strengthen not just physically but mentally too all through breath, movement and a program designed specific to your needs and body.
Observing how your body moves and responds to certain exercises, breathwork and balance – through personal attention and workouts designed specifically for you – you feel a transformation like no other!
My studio is fully equipped and is located in Beaumaris and in equipment clases we use reformers, cadillac, wunda chairs, barrels, rotator discs and so much more!. Pilates classes are offered as private and group classes in studio (mat and equipment options) and online options and Yoga is on a private classes basis only at this stage.I can help you to reconnect your mind and body through breath and movement. All workouts are tailored to your needs whether in a group setting or a private session- you will walk out feeling more connected with your body, feel taller, lighter, calmer and radiating with confidence, self belief and joy!
With my classes your body will start to work the way it used to and start feeling more balanced, stronger and more energetic with freedom of movement.
How do we achieve this? By focusing on the way your body is moving and how it responds to certain exercises, breathwork and if there is any tightness or weakness reducing chances of strengthening. I tailor your workout with exercises that will balance out strength and reduce any niggles you may have.
Claudia is WITHOUT a doubt the most incredible pilates teacher Ive been taught by. Her level of knowledge of the body, muscles and exercise is second to none. Building Pilates into my daily habits has been so worth it. My body used to feel stiff and sore getting out of bed every morning, but since starting pilates I’ve noticed a difference in my strength, body, shape, circulation and overall wellbeing. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis after an attack that left me with only 60% movement on the right side of my body. I started pilates classes with Claudia about 2 years ago and Claudia designed a programme which has assisted me with my balance, coordination and proprioreception which were severely affected by the attack. Claudia is at all times extremely professional and takes a keen interest in her clients. She is hard working and a great motivator and I found her willing to make recommendations to help improve my overall health. The sessions with her helped me both physically and emotionally and I have since made a full recovery.
